About MAURIZIUS STAERKLE DRUX
Maurizius Staerkle Drux works as a filmmaker and sound artist.
He was born in Cologne (Germany) and grew up in Zürich (Switzerland). Influenced by musical instruments and sign language he moves between the worlds of language and images, which come together in film.
Since graduating from the Zurich University of the Arts he has worked as a documentary filmmaker and sound designer.
2014 he founded the MAXDRUX GmbH which produces stories & sounds. His works have won several international prizes like the "Jury Award" of the Int. Filmfestival on Art in Montréal, the Swiss "Upcoming Talent Award" or the prestigious "Goethe Prize" at the Int. Filmfestival in Leipzig.
Since 2017 he is part of the ENSEMBLE FILM GmbH and a member of the European Film Academy. He is a lecturer at the UNIVERSITY OF THE ARTS in Zürich.

About LENZ BAUMANN
Lenz Baumann works as a scriptwriter, creative producer and train driver. He was born and lives in Zürich (Switzerland). Since his childhood and throughout his studies of Philosophy and Economics he followed his love for fictional literature, video games and basketball. Thus, he started writing, working on games and getting bad knees, which he substituted by driving trains. 2014 he co-founded the MAXDRUX GmbH which produces stories, sounds and lately – games. His works have won several prizes like the “Treatment Award” of the Zurich Film Festival or the “Game Concept Awards” of the Swiss Migros-Kulturprozent Story Lab.
